This Web site is a bog to keep my family & friends updated about my situation in Thailand regarding my business partners at Phromthep Muay Thai camp. The web site is updated daily – weekly, when ever I have something new to say…. The first post was written teh night of 22nd November 2011, the day Goong & her greedy family tried to run me out of town !

WHAT A DAY @ PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp !
Im hiding out in Thailand waiting for a flight back to Australia. Keeping the story short… My greedy Thai business partners @ Phromthep Muay Thai Camp (Goong & her family) have set me up to be arrested so they can take over control of the gym & gym web site. (PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp @ Rawai beach Phuket Thailand). Things didn’t go to plan for them and I refused to sign over the web site, instead I deleted it, changed the ftp access & password and now im hiding out in a safe place while I wait for a flight to Australia.
Im told by a good friend @ PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp … their plan was too charge me with stealing money >> taking advance payments from Australian students that pay deposits direct into my Australian bank account for training & airport pick up service.
My Thai business partners Goong, her husband Twatt and Goongs brother and mother are the one behind the plan, their aim was to get me arrested and deported from Thailand, Black listed & NEVER to return to Thailand..
VERY sad to find out some of my staff (Trainer Yib & office manager Jang) knew what was install for me, but it dose explain the lack of eye contact by them in the last few days… Sad that after 7 years of being friends that the GREED of money has turned them against me. Since leaving PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp, they are down to less than 5 students so the flow of money has now stopped & the bad Kama is coming back to them already !
Those that are thinking about training at Phromthep Muay Thai camp .. PHROMTHEP Muay Thai camp is NOT worthy. They are nasty Thai people that think they can mafia the foreigner out of business. I was warned by many over the years that they are not nice people but I refused to believe it. Now its all unfolding its so obvious that I was a trusting fool. If I make it to Australia alive I will post more here about my story..

Im in Bangkok seeking help form a new friend who is well connected to some powerful Government officials and Police in Thailand. >> WORLD Famous Muay Thai Trainer Master Toddy
Master Toddy has talked me out of going back to Australia and wants me to stay in Thailand and Fight them in court. I have sought legal advise from a good Lawyer and will be taking legal action against my greedy Thai business partners (Goong & Twat). 7+ years I have worked with Goong & Twatt and the money has ALWAYS gone back into making more bungalows and a bigger business. We will try to get back approx 14 million THB for money invested and 7+ years of no salary. ALOT of details about the last few days can not yet be mentioned but I will post more updates soon as possible.

Im now in Bangkok working as the GYM manager at master Toddys Bangkok Gym.
Its awesome training here in Bangkok and a great experience to work with a world famous Muay Thai trainer such as Grand Master Toddy. I expect to stay working in BBK intill March / April 2012, then I hope to move back to Phuket to start building a new gym. My new business partner will be world famous Muay Thai Training master Toddy !
To date I have received no money from Goong and her greedy family for my share of Phromthep Muay Thai Camp or for my 7+ years of hard work that went into making the gym, restaurant and gym bungalows. My lawyer is currently working on changing that. Its going to be expensive fight in court and rather messy too but at the end good will prevail over evil and I am confident I will end up with my share of the gym money.

WHERE am I now …
What I though was the worst week in my life turned out to be a blessing.
I am now free of my small thinking Thai business partners at Phromthep Muay Thai Camp and I have found new opportunities offered to me in Bangkok as the GYM manager @ Grand Master Toddys Bangkok Gym + I am helping with editing & production of the soon to be released TUFF girls documentary .
WHO is MASTER TODDY … 
This guy is known as the Father of Muay Thai.
Now aged 59, Master Toddy is a worlds most famous Muay Thai trainer. He has created over 40 world champions & worked with many of the UFC champions such as Maurice Smith, Dale “Apollo” Cook, Ronnie Green, Lisa Howarth, Kash “The Flash” Gill, Kiyotaka Kato, Howard Brown, Melchor Menor, Ben Garcia, Kit Cope, Shannon Singleton, Gina Corano, Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture and Angela Rivera.
Master Toddy started fighting Muaythai at the age of 5, he has had over 200 fights with many of them bare knuckle fights.
Master Toddy first came to fame in the 60′s when he was chosen to be an extra in a James Bond movie (Man with the Golden Gun), the movie was filmed in southern Thailand close to Phuket. After a taste of the movie business Master Toddy aged 18 ventured to the UK with fellow Muay Thai fighter ‘Master Woody’ and opened a the first Muaythai gym in England. After 20 years promoting Muay Thai in England Master Toddy moved across the Atlantic to Los Vegas USA where he spent the next 20 years promoting Muay Thai in the United States.They are currently over 60 Master Toddy Muay Thai academy through out the united states.
In 2008 Master Toddy moved back to Bangkok Thailand to open his Bangkok Gym & focus on developing his own range of UFG Muay Thai training equipment (Ultra Fight Gear). His range of fight equipment has been developed by fighters for Fighters and is fast becoming well known as the best fight gear on the market. Once you have tried his (Ultra Fight Gear) Boxing Gloves its hard to ever go back to the same old gloves Twins & Fairtex main stream market gloves. The Cobra Pad was developed by Master Toddy, their are many copies in the market but nothing comes close to the real thing !
Master Toddy produced the famous FIGHT GIRLS documentary in 2005, it was a huge success world wide & helped promote Thailand and the art of Muay Thai to many. Master Toddys latest show “TUFF Girls” will be released in February 2012.

1st Contact has been made… 6 weeks since my greedy business partners tried to run me out of town and now they have realized they are S.O.L (Shit Out Of Luck) & I.T.S (In the SHIT).. NO web site = NO students = NO money !
1 1/2 months have passed and they have already lost 2+ million THB in revenue + they have spent 120K on a new web site & 20K a month paying a new internet manager to try and work the phromthep site to bring in some students, only now do they realize…. Im at the TOP of GOOGLE & no amount of SEO work is going to change that.
So the call was made today to Master Toddy (my new employer)to let him know that Twatt being the Thai police man can put me in jail, run me out of town and make trouble for me in BBK, It was pointed out that being the Thai police he has the power to do all this to me and much more.. best I sell to him asap if I know whats good for me… Im told I better sell my web site to them or else trouble is coming my way !
Message to my greedy X business partners… You’s are still talking the same B.S. You’s were offered the chance to buy the web site but yous preferred to screw me over and run me out of town. Your threats did not work then and they wont work now. Pay me what is due and stop being a greedy mafia assholes !

I am still no closer to getting any money from PHROMTHEP. Its going to be a slow and expensive year in court.

Another meeting is scheduled with my lawyer for next week to finalize matters before our 1st court appearance. Its been ALOT of work to dig up receipts and bank statements for the past 7 years but it looks like we are now ready to proceed with court.
A little about my Lawyer… Hes an X Thai boxer from the North of Thailand, He came highly recommended as a man with honor & good character, some one that can not be paid to lose the case. Being from the north of Thailand (Essan) (Buddhist) they have a dislike for the greedy Thai’s in the south of Thailand so I feel confident that he will fight well on my behalf. When we had our first meeting I felt very confident that he was the right man to represent me in court.
With the court date drawing nearing I now have the realization that I might not survive to see the end of 2012. Every week I read news reports from Phuket (the wild west) about people being shot & killed by local Phuket mafia, Reporters, Lovers, Business partners and most of it over small amounts of money.
In Phuket you can have some one knocked off for less than 30.000 THB / $1000 USD. It’s cheaper to kill someone than it is to pay them the money so given that my lawyer is asking for 14+ million from Goong & her greedy family, I know that killing me is going to be a consideration to them rather than having to pay me.
In the case of my untimely death.. arrangements have been made to continue my FIGHT. My web site (blog) will be updated so people will know of my fate & that of my nasty business partners. My web site will LIVE on !

When I look back on my life & achievements I have made, I dont recall the mountains I crossed to be here today. My journey was always a dream so the obstacles were never seen. I dreamed of my life as I wanted it to be, I lived & Loved everything that I dreamed. I ACHIIVED what I set out to be.

2 months after all this shit started @ PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp and im still struggling to understand how my Thai business partner Goong become so GREEDY.
She would of been taking out over 100 000 THB a month from Phromthep Muay Thai Camp & the Gym bungalows but that wasn’t enough for her !
NEW money .. People that get a taste for it, need more money , need more land, more money, more wealth , more GREED ! … EAZY money … not having to do the hard work to earn it makes people greedy ! 2001 when I first met Goong she was newly married, living in her grand mothers house with combined income with her husband of less than $300 a month. Come 2011 she has a business thats earning over 1 million THB a month and valued at more than 20 million THB, from rags to riches to quickly brings out the worst in people !
Near EVERY $$ I earned from the bungalows since we started building in 2002 went back in to make more bungalows + the restaurant + Gym. 10 years since we started building and I have not received a salary for my years of work. I though I was creating an empire that my Kids & gran kids & Goongs children, They were to rep the benefits from the business we created so I dident mind living a humble life at the gym while working 15 hr days for the sake of the future clan. It Turns Goong & her husband had a different plan.
Not that im bitching… life is full of highs & lows, nothing like having a low in your life to help you appreciate the highs.
I put all my trust in Goong and a VERY important lesson has now been learned.. “fool me once same on YOU fool me twice shame on ME”
I will aspire to bigger and better things !
My mum said she phoned Goong to let her know “what a BITCH” she is and that kama will ensure she has a misarble life, I also received alot of messages of support from friends & past students of Phromthep Muay Thai Camp who say they sent Goong a sms to voice their disapointment .. My Lawyer has informed me that a formal letter for demands has been sent to Goong this week for settlement of back pay, im not expecting any favorable out come from it BUT it is the last step before court proceedings can begin. I will update here in a few days about the reply from Goong.

I have been asked by many friends and supporters from around the world for an update on the situation at PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp.
The 2 BEST trainers JORM & Eyat are no longer at PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp.
Eyat has started working with me & Master Toddy at the Bangkok Gym & hopefully when we make the PHUKET gym Eyat will move back to Phuket and become our Number 1 Trainer. JORM is currently working at KL Malaysia, when his time their is done he will go to Street smart Muay Thai Gym in Hervey bay Queensland Australia for 1 fight & a month of training. On his return to Thailand hopefully Jorm will join the team with Eyat, Master Toddy and I @ the NEW Phuket Gym.
Im told that @ PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp they have only 2 – 3 students training most days. Over the high season they reached an average of 12 students.
The NEW PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp web site has only taken 2 – 3 bookings for January & February & their NEW web site is struggling to knock my down from the NUMBER 1 GOOGLE ranking for PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp.
They are now promoting them selfs now as “Thailand Muay Thai Camp” in the hope that all the bad publicity of PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp will stop effecting their bookings. On their web site they say that PHROMTHEP / Thailand Muay Thai Camp is under NEW management but its still the same GREEDY Thai owners.
With No new money coming in, 200 000 THB a month in expenses & salaries going out. It wont be long before they go out of Business. Som Nom Na in Thai language translates to >> You get back what you put out.
Goong and her GREEDY family when they made their plan to run me out of town didn’t count on 3 VERY important Things..
(1) The “POWER of the PEOPLE” …
Most of the business at PHROMTHEP Muay Thai camp was repeat business.
Friends & family of our past students came to Phromthep Muay Thai Camp because of our reputation for good service, good food & good training. Word of mouth is a VERY powerful marketing tool. Good word spreds quickly & bad words spred even quicker.
The POWER of the People !
(2) Dont Fuck with the AnZACs (Australia & New Zealand)
Australians & Kiwis are BATTLER’S ! … Put us in a tough situation and thats when we are … AT OUR BEST !
The first few days of my world being turned upside down was scary as hell.
Being in a foreign country with No money, No assets and GREEDY business partners making threats to have me arrested and put in jail if I do not comply with their demands.
I can now see this as a wonderful opportunity to test my resilience under pressure.

(3) The “POWER of the Internet” … With most people being on the Internet now days, EVERY one around the world has been able to keep updated about my situation. The support I have had from friends around the world has been nothing less than AMAZING !
I might be poor in cash but I am rich with GOOD friends.
Last month I raised $300 in Google ad revenue from friends clicking on my Google ads.
Its not HUGE money but in Thailand its a months Salary, it will help me get through this tough period, intill the mess at Phromthep Muay Thai camp gets sorted out… PLEASE keep clicking !

My friend’s @ Phuket tell me that Phromthep Muay Thai Camp now has a (GYM for Rent) sign posted at the front of the GYM. Its Good to know Yib & Jang will soon be looking for a new job ! Som Nom Na translated from Thai = You get back what you put out.. U get back what you deserve !
Most of the other Muay Thai GYms at Phuket are over crowded with Students.. Rawai have 50+ students, Sinbi about the same, Lion have 20+ students but Phromthep Muay Thai camp struggle to get more than 2 or 3 students in a month. I don’t see any one renting Phromthep Muay Thai camp for the money they were asking.. 9 million THB up front + 200 000 THB a month in rent with a 5 – 9 year lease … + knowing how they treated me, HOW could you ever TRUST them !
Ive also been informed that Goong is planing to sue me in court for slander. Im told she is SUPER PISSED off about my updates & she has copied the pages of my blog. I expect I will get a letter from her lawyer in the next few weeks.. I dont think their is much to worry about (1) Freedom of speach !.. its my web site, written for my friends and family to keep updated about my current situation. (2) everything written is true, so to bring it to the attention of the court & public will only make Goong look more greedy. Her actions give Thai people a bad name.. SHAME on you Goong !

I recently received this message from a student at Phromthep Muay Thai Camp….
That business doesn’t run without you, like alright the website is a recruiter but the tour when you first arrive and mentioning the things available in the restaurant and how they are beneficial eg. smoothie/coconut/electrolytes, and just giving you the general feel of the place, I can’t see any of them doing that, like they might say ” we have green smoothie” it’d be like so what? whats the significance? I think you’ll know what I mean.
So many people make that mistake about proprietors of businesses, and they edge em out thinking they can do the same without em and they can’t,
I bet not a single person who works or worked at that gym knows what Danny said to us when we arrived and what he said to us on the phone, so what makes them think they can replace him so easy…..
I couldent of said it better if I said it my self !… Even with the students that followed me from Rawai Muay Thai Camp it still took 16 hour days, 4am starts & 10 pm to bed EVERY day for 3 years before the GYM reached 40 students a month.
MY Thai business partners Goong & her family have NO appreciation for how hard I worked to make PHROMTHEP MUAY THAI CAMP successful.

Euraka .. I have found Goongs Pot of GOLD (10 MILLION THB)
The Private Investigator has found Goongs nearly completed house @ Phuket town.
According to his findings the value of the house and land combined is estimated at approx 10 million THB ($300 000 Australian dollars). He said it is a BIG house with the BEST of everything, NO expense has been spared.

All this is paid for by her husbands police man salary.. BULL SHIT !
NOT only did you take the money from company funds to build the house but you also claimed the building materials as a taxable expenses against the gym bungalows, WTF ! SHAME on you Goong … Your GREED is going to PUT YOU IN JAIL and I hope their is enough evidence to put Jang (The GYM Office manager / 1st accountant) away with you. You must have been so certain that I would run back to Australia that you become sloppy with covering your lies and deceit. Perhaps your husband & mother made the plan to run me out of town sound so easy that you failed to consider the out come if you got caught.
Misappropriation of funds – The fraudulent appropriation of company funds entrusted to your care. ( Embezzlement )
I know your not smart enough to bull shit your way around this in court and your husband is just a little police man so he wont be able buy your freedom. What little money you have left when we finish in court will mostly go towards legal fees so your GREEDY mother will end up with nothing. Looks like you are S.O.L Goong (Shit Out Of Luck).
